Job Type: Full-timeSalary Type: AnnualSalary: $65,000-$80,000 + up to 10% discretionary bonusLocation: Los Angeles, CAWork Location: HybridOverviewWe're partnering with a design-led experiential studio creating immersive brand experiences across fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors.They're looking for a Production Coordinator to join their Los Angeles team, supporting the delivery of projects across the West Coast and beyond.This role is well-suited to someone early in their production career who is keen to build experience within a creative, fast-moving environment.What You'll DoSupport Senior and Associate Producers across all phases of project deliveryAssist with sourcing vendors, venues, and production elementsHelp build and maintain project schedules, documents, and production materialsCoordinate vendors across pre-production and on-site deliveryTrack budgets, invoices, and production costs throughout projectsSupport client communications and internal coordinationOrganise project documentation, meeting notes, and team updatesBe present on-site for event delivery including installation, live event, and strikeWhat You'll Bring~2+ years' experience in events, experiential, or production environmentsExposure to brand activations, events, or live experiencesStrong organisational and time management skillsConfident and clear communicatorAbility to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environmentsProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and growInterest in culturally relevant, brand‑led workBonus ExperienceExperience in fashion, entertainment, or lifestyle sectorsFamiliarity with West Coast vendor or production networksAdditional InfoExposure to projects across entertainment, fashion, and lifestyleStrong development pathway into more senior production rolesWe are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook.
