Relying on your extensive experience in landscape construction, administrative support, and logistics, you coordinate effectively between crews, clients, designers, and project managers to ensure all projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.Come grow a vibrant career as we serve together on mission, connecting life + land.SkillsAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time‑management skillsKnowledge of landscape design principles and practices (preferred)Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant toolsKey ResponsibilitiesProject Installation – work alongside field crews to construct landscapes that entail hardscape, softscape, drainage, irrigation, and lighting elements.Project Coordination – maintain organized files for all simultaneously running projects, tracking progress and ensuring all necessary documentation is kept. Generate reports and update key stakeholders.Communication – respond and take initiative based on communication between designers, project managers, clients, contractors, and crew members, as well as between departments.Maintaining Momentum – stay well‑ahead of future project deadlines (up to two weeks) while ensuring the crew efficiently executes tasks in the present (the next two days).Scheduling and Logistics – schedule site visits, material deliveries, project meetings, and other logistical tasks.Resource Procurement – source and deliver a variety of materials to the job sites, verify delivery, and process purchase orders.Site Visit Support – conduct site analyses, take measurements, ensure underground utilities are located, provide quality control reporting, and more.Project Implementation – serve alongside the crews to complete a variety of construction tasks.Staging – responsibly move materials and equipment to ensure the crews are resourced and projects are progressing.Client Service – provide excellent service to clients, addressing questions and solving problems to ensure satisfaction.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years experience in landscape construction OR a bachelor's degree in Landscape Horticulture, Environmental Design, or similar study OR associate's degree in a related field. Additionally, we're seeking someone with the following:Ability to carry 80 poundsAbility to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other aspects of our facilitiesAbility to pass a background check and drug screening prior to hiringValid driver's license with clean motor vehicle report, in accordance with our hiring processStrength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditionsCompensationCompetitive salary and base pay details are reserved for discussion with candidates during the interview process.
