Over 300,000 families have put their dreams in our hands, and you can as well.ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely delivery of architectural and site engineering plans, permits, and approvals to meet the Division\'s CSD goals.Collaborate with sales, construction, and Architectural Production Manager to facilitate lot-specific requests with Corporate Product Development.Ensure the sales team completes selections with customers in a timely fashion to expedite the lot-specific and permitting process.Work directly with municipalities to pay fees and obtain permits for all starts.Obtain, enter, and track preconstruction milestone dates to ensure tasks are completed within the template duration.Manage foundation start dates in the system and releasing of all homes to BuildPro.Track all permitting activities and any other municipal-related activities.Obtain site plans for permit submission and review for accuracy.Upload all necessary information into BuildPro for use by field staff and trade partners.Check decorator's selections and custom change orders against blueprints.Interface with municipal officials to ensure a professional relationship resulting in the successful receipt of permits, fees, and other township documentation.Manage pre-construction process to ensure home start “evenness”.Provide agenda and chair all meetings pertinent to the pre-construction process of home sites.QualificationsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.Analytical problem-solver with the ability to multi-task.Ability to communicate with customers, associates, and subcontractors.About K.
