Our team members are collaborative, self‑starters and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Reports to: Vice President, Production and Sourcing ProductionFLSA Status: Non‑exempt (Hourly)Employment Type: Full Time; Monday - FridayThis role is critical in managing timelines, coordinating with vendors and factories, tracking production status, and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on schedule. Ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, this position plays an integral role in supporting the production lifecycle by partnering with cross‑functional teams and global manufacturing partners to ensure products move seamlessly from development handoff through final delivery.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the production process from purchase order issuance through final delivery.Track production milestones, including PPS approvals, TOP samples, work‑in‑progress (WIP) status, production timelines, and shipment schedules.Communicate and collaborate with factories, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.Issue, update, and maintain purchase orders, production data, and accurate records in AS400 (experience preferred).Coordinate UPC and trim allocation and ensure timely delivery to factories.Monitor production calendars, delivery deadlines, and potential risks, proactively identifying solutions to keep production on schedule.Ensure the accuracy of tech packs, bills of materials (BOMs), labeling, and all production‑related documentation.Generate, update, analyze, and maintain production reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.Assist in resolving production, shipping, and logistics issues while supporting continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.Skills & Qualifications:1-4 years of experience in apparel production or production coordinationUnderstanding of garment manufacturing and production workflowsExperience coordinating with overseas factories and vendors is preferredExperience with AS400 is a plusWorking knowledge of logistics, shipping, and import processesExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teamsEducation:High School DiplomaOther Job FunctionsOther duties may be assignedCitizens of Humanity is an equal employment opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
