From national advertising campaigns to local customer stories, we help companies create high-quality video content anywhere they need it.Our production model combines world-class technology with an incredible network of freelance production professionals across the World, allowing us to execute productions at scale while maintaining exceptional quality and client experience.We're growing quickly and are looking for Production Coordinators who love solving complex logistical challenges, building relationships, and making production happen.About the RoleProduction Coordinators are the operational engine behind every successful production.You'll partner closely with Producers to transform approved creative into a flawlessly executed production day. From sourcing the perfect Director of Photography in Austin to securing permits in New York or finding specialty equipment in Toronto, you'll be responsible for making sure every project has the right people, resources, and logistics in place.Success in this role comes from thinking several steps ahead. You enjoy building systems, solving problems before they happen, and finding better, faster ways to work. You're equally comfortable negotiating with vendors, communicating with freelance crews, organizing detailed production information, and using AI and modern technology to increase efficiency.If you love production but also love operations, logistics, and organization, this role is for you.
