We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision.We don't just sell games; we build ecosystems where players and fans thrive.What you'll doBuild and maintain master manufacturing calendars across factories and regions.Define and manage cutoff schedules for specific files, approvals, materials, and production milestones.Monitor risks across the production timeline and surface issues early.Flag constraints before they impact manufacturing.Partner with production, project management, product, supply chain, QA teams to align schedules.Maintain clear documentation and reporting on production status.Act as the source of truth for production timing.What we are looking forStrong organizational skills and comfort managing complex, overlapping timelines.Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple teams into clear schedules.Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong follow‑through.Clear communicator who can flag risk without creating noise.Experience working with international manufacturing partners.Nice to have qualitiesExperience in games, collectibles, or printed consumer products.Familiarity with capacity forecasting or factory utilization planning.Passion for operational excellence behind great products.Base SalaryThe expected base compensation range for this role is $55,000-$70,000 annually. This is based upon a calculation using the national average for similar positions. While this is the normalized and expected range in most cases, exceptions may be made for exceptional levels of experience or significant variance in cost‑of‑living due to geographic location.We also encourage all applicants to consider the total compensation package, including benefits, PTO, etc.We welcome applicants with a wide range of experience.
