We are hiring a Production Planner / Scheduling Specialist to own manufacturing timelines, capacity planning, and risk visibility across our global production pipeline.We are a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan‑favorite universes.Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends Trading Card Game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision.We don't just sell games; we build ecosystems where players and fans thrive. What you'll doBuild and maintain master manufacturing calendars across factories and regionsDefine and manage cutoff schedules for specific files, approvals, materials, and production milestonesMonitor risks across the production timeline and surface issues earlyFlag constraints before they impact manufacturingPartner with production, project management, product, supply chain, QA teams to align schedulesMaintain clear documentation and reporting on production statusAct as the source of truth for production timingWhat we are looking forStrong organizational skills and comfort managing complex, overlapping timelinesAbility to synthesize inputs from multiple teams into clear schedulesProactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong follow‑throughClear communicator who can flag risk without creating noiseExperience working with international manufacturing partnersNice to have qualitiesExperience in games, collectibles, or printed consumer productsFamiliarity with capacity forecasting or factory utilization planningPassion for operational excellence behind great productsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package. Base Salary: The expected base compensation range for this role is $55,000-$70,000 annually. This is based upon a calculation using the national average for similar positions. While this is the normalized and expected range in most cases, exceptions may be made for exceptional levels of experience or significant variance in cost‑of‑living due to geographic location. Individuals who feel they would be a good fit for this role are encouraged to apply and discuss any compensation concerns with Human Resources during the interview process.
