    Description

    iFab Corp. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Production Scheduler to develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules that ensure timely delivery of products while maximizing manufacturing efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to balance customer demand, material availability, and production capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and production capacity.Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure materials and resources are available according to schedule.Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, machine downtime, material shortages, or changing priorities.Track work orders and ensure production targets and delivery commitments are met.Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and resource utilization.Communicate schedule updates and production priorities to relevant stakeholders.Prepare production reports and monitor key scheduling metrics.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
