Job DescriptionJob Title: Production Specifications Coordinator (Finished Goods)Location: Omaha, NE or Phoenix, AZDuration: 60–90 Day ContractPay: $24–$26/hrA leading contract manufacturer specializing in beauty, personal care, and over-the-counter (OTC) products. They partner with major brands to develop and produce high-quality formulations, packaging, and finished goods. The company focuses on innovation, speed-to-market, and maintaining strong quality and regulatory standards across all manufacturing operations.Position OverviewInsight Global is seeking a Production Specifications Coordinator to support the Quality function for a leading beauty/CPG manufacturer. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring all finished goods specifications are accurate, complete, and aligned with regulatory and customer requirements. This is a fast-paced, high-impact contract role supporting active product development and manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, and update finished goods specifications including:FormulasPackagingLabelingAssembly requirementsManage approximately 25 specifications per week with strong attention to detailEnsure accuracy, version control, and documentation approvalsCollaborate with:Project ManagementQuality AssuranceManufacturingPackaging teamsReview packaging, artwork, and BOMs for consistency and complianceSupport new product launches by completing documentation ahead of timelinesMaintain specification databases and assist with change management processesEnsure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standardsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
