Production Supervisor - CNC - Kent, WA- 1501

Our client who is an aerospace manufacturing company is looking for a production supervisor with CNC Mills and Sheet Metal experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee department activities to meet performance goals.
• Manage staff schedules, PTO, performance reviews, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and AS9100.
• Handle nonconformance and corrective action reports.
• Support and improve the preventative maintenance program.
• Conduct safety audits to identify and eliminate risks.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of CNC Aerospace manufacturing, engineering degree highly desirable.
• Experience programming in Mastercam.
• Familiar with AS9100 Quality System requirements.
• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Washington state driver license.
