As part of the InnoVision Marketing Group ecosystem, we work closely with creative, talent, and marketing teams to bring stories to life across video, digital, and broadcast platforms.We are looking for a Production & Talent Coordinator who is eager to learn, ready to work, and serious about building real-world experience in production and talent coordination. This is an entry-level, hands‑on role supporting both production operations and talent workflows, working closely with producers, creatives, editors, talent, clients, and external vendors.This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in production while developing organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, professional environment.What You'll DoAs a Production & Talent Coordinator, you will support daily operations across production and talent coordination, helping ensure projects run smoothly from pre‑production through wrap.Your responsibilities include:Production CoordinationSupporting producers and creative teams with day-to-day production coordinationAssisting with pre‑production tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating location scouting, and supporting casting sessionsHelping coordinate production logistics such as transportation, accommodations, catering, and shoot‑day needsLiaising with crew members, vendors, and suppliers to ensure clear communicationSupporting production schedules and helping ensure tasks and deadlines are metAssisting on set with talent coordination, props, wardrobe, and crew timingHelping with setup and breakdown of production equipment and materialsProviding general on‑set and off‑set production support as neededTalent CoordinationAssisting with talent releases, permits, insurance documentation, and required paperworkSupporting talent and client requests related to casting and representationOrganizing and maintaining talent databases to ensure accuracy and completenessDeveloping a working understanding of production workflows, talent processes, and applicable regulationsAdministrative & Communication SupportResponding to email inquiries in a timely, professional mannerSupporting internal documentation, organization, and workflow coordinationHelping ensure information is accurate, organized, and accessibleWhat Makes a Great Team Member at Pretzel LogicDetail‑oriented.
