Looking for a skilled production technician with experience in troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and reconditioning construction equipment. Responsibilities include working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, disassembling and reassembling machine components, utilizing diagnostic tools and laptop-based software, and completing repairs according to quality and safety standards. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read gauges and work orders, and experience working in a fast-paced industrial or heavy equipment environment.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with machine maintenance, diagnostic tools, and laptop-based software
- Working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor including lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and standing throughout the shift
