What We're Looking For:
3+ years in a high-volume customer service / call center / dispatch role
Proven ability to handle tough calls with professionalism and empathy
Strong multitasking, accuracy, and decision-making under pressure
Home services (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) or dispatch experience is a major plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
