Description

Program Planning Analyst / Scheduler – Sunnyvale, CA The Program Planning Analyst/Scheduler will be hired directly into our Scheduling Center of Excellence and placed on programs within the Mission Systems sector. The role interfaces with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Business Management to develop program plans and schedules, maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), decompose scope into tasks, analyze dependencies and impacts on the critical path, estimate resource requirements, manage status updates, and ensure compliance with EVMS guidelines.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience.Will consider 6 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement.Some planning/scheduling related experience.Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.U.S. Citizenship required.Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.Program scheduling experience using Microsoft Project, Oracle P6, Deltek Open Plan, or other related scheduling tools.Experience using Schedule Health Analysis and Schedule Risk Assessment tools.Working knowledge of EVMS guidelines and processes.Current, active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance.Benefits Health PlanSavings PlanPaid Time Off and Company Paid HolidaysEducation Assistance and Training & Development programs9/80 Work Schedule where availableAdditional benefits including life and disability insurance.Salary Range Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00Equal Opportunity Statement Northrop Grumman is an Equal Opportunity Employer, making decisions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.
