Develop and execute comprehensive project management activities from initiation to completion.
Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure clear objectives.
Manage project milestones and dependencies to maintain smooth progress.
Support the oversight of financial, contractual, and operational commitments related to projects.
Monitor delivery performance and quality through the use of metrics and status reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks as outlined in the project plan to ensure successful outcomes.
Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project health.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitor project performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and tools.
This role requires being onsite 3 days per week in Pennington/Jersey City, NJ. This role also requires 5 days away per quarter.
