We are seeking a Program Specialist to support the Capital Improvement Division on a temporary contract basis. This individual will provide administrative and program support across multiple capital improvement projects, partnering closely with a team of four Capital Improvement Project Managersand one Building Information Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organization, communication, and contract administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment. While project management experience is beneficial, this role primarily supports project teams rather than leading projects.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in program administration, project coordination, development, evaluation, or contract administration
- Experience reviewing project drawings and specifications, CAD/BIM models, and building permits. execute construction projects.
- Evaluate consultant Invoices and Construction Pay Applications for accuracy and contract compliance. Ability to build Budgets and a Scope of Work from worksite notes, meetings with stakeholders, etc.
