Job Description
Must Have
The top priority is strong hands-on Oracle Primavera P6 experience. The team needs someone who can hit the ground running, so there is no opportunity to train on P6.
The ideal candidate has 15 years of scheduling experience, preferably supporting large industrial construction projects or midstream oil & gas, energy.
Candidates should have experience managing multiple project schedules simultaneously and be comfortable working with milestone-driven construction schedules.
Experience mentoring junior schedulers and applying standardized scheduling templates is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Oracle PPM and schedule risk analysis tools is a plus, although training will be provided on the team's risk analysis software.
A Bachelor's degree is required (MBA is a plus).
