About the job Project Manager / Estimator (General Contractors & Complex Projects)
his role serves as the primary point of contact for general contractor (GC) and complex project clients, representing the company in all interactions. The individual will manage projects from start to finish, working closely with GCs, architects, and owners to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires strong estimating skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale or specialized projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to assess client needs, project requirements, and potential challenges.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to develop accurate, detailed estimates.
Perform site surveys and prepare comprehensive time, cost, and labor projections for roofing services.
Create professional, client-ready proposals that clearly communicate scope, materials, and timelines.
Negotiate contracts, secure approvals, and manage projects from initial sale through closeout.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards.
Maintain proactive communication with clients and GC representatives, addressing concerns promptly and building long-term relationships.
Leverage technical expertise in roofing systems, materials, and construction methodologies to advise clients and deliver successful outcomes.
Track and manage project budgets, change orders, and invoicing to ensure profitability.
