Pay Rate: $25-26/HR on W2 Hours: M-F 8-5 Location: 275 N Moorpark Rd, Thousand Oaks CA Duration: Short term role Team Overview: Very small team Property Manager Resource's typical working day: Administration work Invoicing Researching, calling vendors Some reception work Interaction with vendors and tenants Must Have Skills: Has experience with AP Financial acumen Real estate license or working on getting a real estate license Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience Education: College degree preferred Software skills: MS Office Suite skills MRI experience would be a plus Some kind of corporate systems for coding invoices and getting invoices approved Interview Process: Virtual, 2 step Summary: As a Property Management Analyst, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a small or mid-size market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.
