Full Charge Bookkeeper - PT - 1 to 2 Days per week - Remote Possible - Everett, WA

Keltia is a technical support services company providing Engineering Design, CAD Training along with Specialized Technical Recruiting services to mainly the aerospace and other industries in WA State, around the US, Canada and Europe. We have been in business 20 years in the US and 8 years in Europe.
The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a small team of co-workers. This is a part time position of just one to two day per week with flexible hours and the ability to work virtually when fully up to speed. Remote is a possibility.

Required Bookkeeping Experience:
5+ years of full service bookkeeping which should include 5+ Years of Payroll experience
Quickbooks Pro Desktop preferred or equivalent, Payroll, Bank reconciliations, AP/AR, reports, B&O Tax filings
Works closely with company CPA

Educational and Aptitude Requirements
A third Level Education in either a technical or business field of study is preferable with the ability to demonstrate a proactive, professional approach in their work.

Proficiency in the main Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
