If you're looking for a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment, a fun team with lots of personality, and an opportunity to learn and grow professionally in your career, we want to speak to you!Shift: AM and PM availableResponsibilities:Work directly with QA Supervisor and Operations facility management team to review requirements and ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures.Help provide cross-functional interaction with departments to ensure all processes are monitored and reviewed.Abilities to troubleshoot and analyze unpredicted things that may come upConduct pre-op inspections and verify corrective actions prior to production releaseReport food safety issues so that they may be addressed right away.Ability to work under minimal supervision and perform routine to complex tasks.Perform bi-annual mock recalls.Knowledge of pest control.Leadership skills and ability to communicate and execute non-conformities effectively.Ability to address a non-conformity.Verification activities including, but not limited to, calibration of instruments, titration, and monitoring records.Experience in sanitation monitoring activities including ATP and allergen swabbing.Microsoft OfficeSuite or Google Workspace experience is a plus.Documentation focused, the ability to comprehend and support documentation errors.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in food science, quality assurance, or related field preferred.Previous experience in a quality assurance or food production role, preferably in a bakery or food manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document and analyze data.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.Must be Spanish / English bilingual.Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, and life benefits availableFREE single BCBS PPO medical plan available 1st of the month following 60 days of employment75% employer contribution to a single BCBS HMO or PPO medical plan401k with dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% with immediate vestingPaid time off#J-18808-Ljbffr
