As our next Quality Engineer, you are skilled at leading and driving continuous improvement with structured problem-solving, lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to support the Trex Quality Management System. You will be responsible for all facets of quality-related items in a manufacturing environment.

EXPERIENCE We are looking for someone with a two-year Associate of Science in Engineering degree and 10 or more years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years' related experience Required Skills & Qualifications: Recognized certification like Six Sigma Green belt or more. Basic knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, & ISO systems. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Backgrounds in quality data collection and systems (SPC) and/or their industrial applications
