Job Title
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supporting and interacting with suppliers and customers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending
Ensuring the commercialized product design intent and product integrity is retained as materials, processes, methods, and specifications change
Supporting change as it relates to design changes inspired by quality improvement, source of supply changes, or cost reduction efforts
Troubleshooting, investigating, and analyzing for non-conforming product testing and disposition
Comply with the rigors of the IATF standards, including 16949
Three (3) years of experience in a Quality role in a private, public, government, or military environment
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other sciences (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of experience in a quality function, manufacturing/production plant, and/or supplier interaction
American Society for Quality (ASQ) or equivalent quality certification
Experience supporting and/or leading efforts on life cycle management, risk management, product and process improvements, and other product documentation efforts
