Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting activities across multiple programs and business units.

• Analyze business, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Manage project planning, tracking, governance, and reporting using tools such as Jira, Planview, and SharePoint to ensure successful project execution.

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, and Business Intelligence tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and Business teams to drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives.

• Perform financial reconciliations, cost analysis, cash flow management, month-end close activities, and compliance with GAAP accounting standards.

• Support system implementations, process automation, workflow optimization, and data migration initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials for leadership and key stakeholders.

This role requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client in Kennesaw, GA.
