Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking candidate professionals, preferably with previous experience working with eating disorders, trauma, substance use and LGBTQIA+ communities, to provide compassionate care to our diverse patients for our residential treatment facilities located in beautiful, intimate six-bed houses in the Pasadena and the Arcadia neighborhoods of the Los Angeles area.
The Program Director provides on site operational and clinical leadership to the inpatient, residential and outpatient eating disorder programs to ensure excellence in patient care, successful execution of the program mission and philosophy, and enhance operational efficiency. This position is responsible for building an effective team of leaders, maintaining knowledge of the eating disorder treatment landscape, representing Reasons in the community and ensuring the Reasons program is delivering quality programming that meets clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications Requirements/Qualifications: Licensure: Master's Degree required and license preferred in one of the following: Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, or Licensed Psychologist, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist or related license meeting eligibility criteria. Education: Degree from an accredited program in field of study. Experience: Minimum of five years managerial experience required, preferably in a psychiatric or residential treatment facility. Eating Disorder experience required. In lieu of experience specialized education and training may be acceptable. This position is required to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
