Receiver Position at Lincoln University

Join our team at Lincoln University as a Receiver, playing a crucial role in the efficient operation of dining services. This position involves receiving, inspecting, and inventorying food and supply deliveries to ensure compliance with quality and quantity standards. Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and document incoming deliveries.
• Ensure received items meet quality standards and report issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock rotation.
• Properly store items following food safety guidelines.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate inventory needs with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receiving or inventory management role, preferably in foodservice or related industry.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle and move heavy boxes and supplies.
