The successful candidate must have demonstrated their ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. We are looking for someone who is results‑driven, with a great attitude, who leads by example, and has a strong focus on quality and safety.What you'll doSupport all Inventory and Receiving functions to ensure smooth workflow.Coordinate teams, including the daily organization of tasks.Monitor the performance of employees ensuring that quality and safety standards are met and adhered to.Be the first point of contact for employee concerns & escalate as required.Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, leadership, and cross‑functional departments to ensure accurate information sharing and operational continuity.Troubleshoot and problem solve any challenges or roadblocks preventing employees from performing their tasks.Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and best practices.Provide coaching, mentorship and training for new employees.Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment by addressing conflicts constructively and promoting open communication among employees.Conduct ongoing safety training & ensure hazards are identified and corrective actions implemented.Qualifications1‑2 years of lead hand experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.Previous Leadership experience is an asset.Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.Proven ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments.Demonstrated accountability and follow‑through, including timely communication regarding absences, schedule conflicts, or barriers to completing assigned responsibilities.Demonstrated history of dependable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to consistently meet scheduled work commitments.Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) and manufacturing concepts.Knowledge of OHSA safety regulations; safety champion.Forklift Certified strongly preferred.You are comfortable using computers and can navigate systems well.You lead by example and add positivity into your workspace.You have a passion for helping others and a general interest in training & leading people.You have the ability to communicate well with others and have the respect of your peers.You are calm under pressure and have excellent problem‑solving skills.You are results‑driven and focus on continuous improvement opportunities.You have a "safety first" mindset and understand the importance of upholding safety standards.You are physically fit, energetic and self‑motivated.You have the ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.You are legally able to work in the USA.The pay range for this role is:52,000 - 52,000 USD per year (Braber Inc - OR)#J-18808-Ljbffr
