FlipStar Gymnastics Academy Recreational Coaches

FlipStar Gymnastics Academy is hiring recreational gymnastics and tumbling coaches to join our team.

This is an excellent first job for motivated high school students and a strong opportunity for experienced recreational coaches looking for a well-run, organized gym.

Experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.

If you bring energy, reliability, and a great attitude, we will teach you the rest.

The role includes coaching recreational gymnastics and/or tumbling and/or ninja classes, creating a fun, safe, and structured class environment, supporting athlete confidence and skill progression, and representing FlipStar professionally with athletes and families.

Our recreational program is structured and well-supported. Coaches are able to focus on teaching and leading classes within a well-run facility.

For new coaches, we focus on building professionalism and leadership skills, teaching communication and responsibility, and preparing you for college and future careers.

For experienced recreational coaches, we offer a structured system that allows you to coach confidently, clear pathways to run your own classes quickly, and opportunity for advancement within the organization.

Most of our coaches grow with us for multiple years because of our culture, support, and structure.

Schedule: Monday–Friday evenings (4:00pm – 8:00pm) Saturday mornings (8:00am – 1:00pm) Potential for limited daytime shifts. Minimum 2 shifts per week depending on availability.

Pay is based on experience and role responsibility.
