    Job Description
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
    • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and community partnerships
    • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
    • Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS
    • Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment documentation
    • Build relationships with colleges, workforce agencies, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines
    • Represent the organization at career fairs and hiring events
    • Support diversity-focused hiring initiatives and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
    • Track recruiting metrics and assist with additional HR projects as needed

    The Successful Applicant
    • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
    • Experience managing multiple requisitions across different business functions
    • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
    • Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
    • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
