Successful completion of this training is required to graduate and transition into production work. Attendance: Candidates must not have any planned absences during the training week. Metrics include time logged into systems, appropriate use of break/lunch periods, quality of claim processing, and compliance with training standards. Prior experience with dental claims, billing, or healthcare administrative support is highly valued. Equipment: Widescope provides all necessary computer equipment, including PC, monitors, and cables. Employees must provide reliable high-speed internet with the ability to connect via LAN for optimal performance.
