Level of entry into the RMA is determined by your assessed experience and specific educational background. Most individuals enter the program at level 1. The two levels are: Level 1 - Department Manager Entry - You will receive up to 17 weeks of training and operate for 6 months as a Department Manager in one of our stores. Level 2 - Co-Manager Entry - You will receive up to 31 weeks of training.
