This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong front- and back-of-house experience who thrives in a dynamic, service-oriented setting.As the Retail Manager , you will be responsible for all aspects of retail operations, including a "We Proudly Serve Starbucks", a 24-hour micro market, and a busy hospital cafeteria, generating approximately $1.2M–$1.3M in annual revenue. You'll manage a team of 30–40 frontline, union associates, ensuring top-tier service, operational excellence, and strict adherence to Sodexo and client standards.
