This role is responsible for the daily management of a high‑volume campus café, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining Bon Appétit standards, and leading a team focused on operational excellence. The Retail Manager will work closely with the General Manager, Catering Manager, and Culinary Team to deliver a welcoming dining environment, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and ensure customer satisfaction across all service areas.
