At La Ligne ( we believe in the universal appeal of the stripe—always classic, forever chic. With a nod to its iconic roots, we created La Ligne to give women a few new (and unexpected) ways to wear it. La Ligne offers versatile clothing collections inspired by the line with endless styling options. Classic designs crafted in quality materials with staying power sold directly to customers through our website, retail stores, and wholesale partners. We're inspired by all kinds of self-expression. We design everyday necessities and the occasional splurge—the kind of clothing we would want to wear. We prize functionality, but we also want you to have fun while you're at it. In other words, if you can't eat, dance, and drink in it, we won't make it. And while some clothes stay and some go, we want to be the ones that stay awhile.Valuesadmire hard-working peoplevalue honesty and positive energylove all forms of self-expressionencourage a healthy work‑life balancerespect teamwork and collaborationResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the retail fulfillment channel, partnering with customer service teams to support fulfillment adjustments and operational needsConduct store visits to assess operations, support teams and events, and uphold brand standards across all locationsAssist in all aspects of new store openings, including coordination, setup, and cross‑functional executionPartner with the Retail Operations Manager to manage and resolve store maintenance requests in a timely mannerFacilitate clear and consistent communication across all retail locations, including updates to policies and procedures to ensure operational alignment and complianceDevelop and maintain training and communication materials, including decks focused on visual merchandising and product knowledge, and prepare reporting and analysis for biweekly business reviewsMonitor and manage branded store supplies and process damaged goods in alignment with company protocols, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and assist in timely replenishmentServe as the point of contact for POS systems and oversee store technology inventory, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, escalation, repairs, and replacementsCoordinate with brand partners on retail activations and trunk shows, ensuring seamless executionSupport the tracking and maintenance of retail expenses through EmbursePlan and lead training seminars for retail stores throughout the year, covering topics such as operational best practices, new initiatives, and brand standards to strengthen store team performanceBuild and present decks that highlight key business opportunities and challenges, drawing on store‑level insights and performance trends to inform strategy and support decision‑making across the fieldRequirements & QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or operations supportStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization and deliver excellent customer serviceExcellent time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and apply critical thinking to resolve issuesFamiliarity with retail KPIs and operational programs, strong proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems (POS, expense management, etc.)Salary Range: $60-70k (based on experience and qualifications)#J-18808-Ljbffr
