Description
Journeys is seeking a Sales Lead for its West Des Moines store at Jordan Creek Town Center. The Sales Lead will assist management with store operations, develop staff, and meet personal and store sales goals. The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.This role requires someone who is at least 18 years old, can lift up to 50 pounds, and is willing to work various shifts.
