As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead a dynamic team dedicated customer experience. We're looking for someone who is organized, results-driven, and passionate about developing people, building community, and creating a positive store culture.The ideal candidate brings experience in retail management, fashion merchandising, or a related field, along with a strong passion for fashion and resale. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to a business that values individuality, community, and sustainability.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:1+ years of clothing retail management experienceBachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail or related field preferredWorking knowledge of Instagram, Canva, and Microsoft OfficeTeam oriented and sales drivenAbility to prioritize and delegate tasksHigh energy, and strong customer service skillsKnowledge of labels and fashionDetail oriented and highly organizedAbility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
