The role focuses on leading a high‑performing retail team, driving sales, and creating a customer‑centered environment.ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for store performance, including sales results, financial performance, merchandising, inventory, and staffing strategy.Hiring, talent development, and key people decisions in partnership with Leadership and HR.Daily operations that deliver revenue, productivity, and customer experience goals.Sales action plans that grow market impact and community presence.Performance analysis, trend identification, and operational improvements.Workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and labor management.Independent judgment in store-level operational and employee relations decisions.Strategic partnership with leadership, including performance reporting and business insights.A culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.QualificationsHigh School Diploma required or equivalent.3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry.Proven track record of leading a store and delivering strong business results.Strong verbal and written communication skills to inspire a team and connect with guests.Solid business acumen with ability to understand metrics, analyze performance, and drive results.Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members into top performers.Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed to support the business.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.Pay & BenefitsBase salary range $74,000–$78,000 annually plus a monthly bonus.Medical, dental, and vision insurance fully covered for full‑time employees.401(k) company match of 100% up to 6% of pay.Paid time off (PTO) available following a 30‑day waiting period.Six company‑paid holidays and 16 hours of floating holiday accrual per year.Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for health care and dependent care expenses.Life and AD&D insurance equal to 1× annual earnings, fully covered.Long‑term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and employee rewards program, all company‑paid.EEO StatementConsumer Cellular is an equal opportunity employer.
