    Description

    Moleskine is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Century City location in Los Angeles. This store is consistently ranked among the top-performing locations in our global retail network.This role is responsible for maintaining and building on a high-performing business across sales, team development, operations, and local engagement. The Store Manager is expected to quickly understand what drives results, maintain momentum, and identify opportunities for continued growth.This is a hands-on role in a lean retail environment. You'll lead from the floor and operate as both a business owner and team leader.Key Responsibilities Drive sales and profitability through active management of retail KPIs (conversion, UPT, AOV)Lead daily store operations, including floor coverage, merchandising, and inventoryRecruit, hire, and develop a strong, accountable teamCoach performance in real time and set clear expectations for sales and serviceBuild strong customer relationships that translate into repeat business and sales growthBuild schedules aligned to payroll and business needsAnalyze performance and take action to improve results week over weekOwn inventory processes and resolve discrepanciesMaintain brand standards across customer experience and visual presentationQualifications Experience managing a retail store or similar business unitStrong understanding of retail KPIs and how to manage them on the floorTrack record of hiring and developing effective teamsAbility to build meaningful customer relationships and deliver a high-quality service experienceComfortable in a lean, high-ownership environmentAble to operate independently, make sound decisions, and solve problems in real timeAbility to step into an established, high-performing store and take a thoughtful approach to changeStrong organizational and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
