Job DescriptionMaximize profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin informationAssist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilizedEnsure that the Store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable salesEnsure that all fixtures are always replenishedEvaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business furtherTrain Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelinesMotivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and ValuesLeadership and/or management experience in a retail store environmentDelivery of Employee training, facilitating meetings, and delivering feedbackAbility to use voice amplifiers, headsets, earpieces, and/or microphonesAbility to drive top line sales through effective floor leadership and people developmentExecute effective floor leadershipCash handling and inventory/sales auditingPoint of sale automated systemsEnsure stores goals are achieved through smart actions and strategic planningElevate the guest experience through merchandise maintenance and visual merchandisingPhysical specifications Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
