This role is critical to ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer success teams have the tools and processes they need to execute efficiently and effectively. You'll serve as the day‑to‑day administrator and strategic partner for systems like Salesforce (SFDC), overseeing everything from user management to complex system design and optimization.WHAT YOU'LL DOManage the full lifecycle of GTM systems including SFDC, and ensure optimal use across the tech stackOwn day‑to‑day system administration, including user access, roles, permissions, and troubleshootingDesign, test, implement, and optimize system workflows and automation to support evolving GTM needsPartner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align tools with business processes and drive adoptionTrack and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewalsMaintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, process changes, and policiesAct as the in‑house expert and trusted advisor for all things GTM systemsWHAT YOU'LL NEED5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within high‑growth B2B SaaS environments3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience, including flow building, territory management, forecast modeling, and permissioningProven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced settingExperience supporting enterprise sales teams and motionsHighly collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityExperience with Clay and building automation workflowsPrevious experience in a quota‑carrying sales roleBackground in InsuranceTech or other regulated B2B SaaS industriesExposure to PE‑backed, high‑growth SaaS environmentsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUWe offer great benefits, including health/dental insurance, parental leave, profit sharing, 401(k), incentive/bonus opportunity, tuition reimbursement, and so much more. The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000, dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain company locations.
