Job Title:(S) Accounts Receivable Representative

Overview:

• Keeps track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding invoices.
• Processes payments on balances due.
• Conducts auditing for receivables.
• Answers customer questions via email and phone.
• Investigates missing or incomplete documentation to meet billing requirements.

Typical Functions:

• Reaches out to past due accounts regularly.
• Logs results of collection efforts.
• Records checks received in company accounting system.
• Alerts supervisors of customers who aren't paying past due amounts.
• Negotiates deadlines or payment plans when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
