A Snapshot of Your DayAs a S&O Master Planner for the AGT Operational Planning organization, you will coordinate the master plan for the entire aeroderivative gas turbine production and service value stream. You will work with cross-functional teams from multiple locations to balance evolving customer demand with individual capacity and operational constraints (engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing). In a dynamic environment with changing inputs and global dependencies, you will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, surfacing risks early, and enabling practical, executable plans that support customer commitments and business performance. How You'll Make an ImpactDevelop and maintain a feasible global plan aligned with demand forecasts, capacities, bottlenecks and material availabilityPrepare S&O (Sales & Operations Planning) reports presenting clear, data-driven scenarios and trade-offsIdentify supply-demand imbalances, capacity constraints, and material risks. Work with local capacity owners and master planners to mitigate risks.Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align priorities and execution plansMonitor and improve key S&O performance indicators (Customer On-Time Delivery, schedule adherence, inventory health, capacity utilization)Support continuous improvement by refining planning assumptions, processes, and data accuracyWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in master planning, production planning, or S&O within a complex manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and advanced ExcelUnderstanding of bill of materials, capacity planning, and configuration-controlled manufacturing environmentsProven ability to work effectively across functions and influence decisions in a matrixed organizationStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in a changing environmentAbout the TeamGas ServicesOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
