Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and add-on products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and CRM systems
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and new vehicle features
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Complete required paperwork and coordinate with the finance department
• Maintain showroom and lot presentation standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual abilities a plus (Spanish preferred)
• Experience with dealership management systems
• Strong customer service mindset

Base salary: $30,000-$50,000 + commission/bonus
On-target earnings (OTE): up to $100,000+ annually based on performance
