What You'll Be Doing
Process and manage customer sales orders, pricing conditions, and contracts within SAP with accuracy and efficiency
Execute daily sales administration activities, including order entry, billing, and master data updates
Provide responsive customer support, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high-quality service experience
Review billing documents for contract pricing compliance and perform credit memo and rebill processing to resolve discrepancies
Maintain and analyze SAP sales data, generating reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
What Are We Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail in transactional accuracy
Customer-focused mindset with clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems
Problem-solving skills with the initiative to identify and resolve pricing, billing, and master data discrepancies
Work Environment This role is typically based in an office setting with frequent interaction across departments, including sales, operations, and customer service. The position may involve extended periods of computer work and collaboration in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
