Sales Director/Sr. Director - Semiconductor Foundry ServicesAbout the job Sales Director/Sr. Director - Semiconductor Foundry ServicesJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager/Director to join our dynamic team in promoting and selling semiconductor foundry services . The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the semiconductor foundry industry. A specific knowledge of specialty foundry processes (BCD, Analog/Mixed Signal CMOS, RF, etc) are a plus. Must have a proven track record of managing top tier/key accounts while driving new business development in the US territory with existing & new customers.Key Responsibilities:Develop, communicate, and drive overall strategy for assigned accountsMeet or exceed Sales Revenue, Design Win Revenue and Tape Out Revenue TargetsProcess Quotes, aid in forecasting, and product disposition in a timely mannerEngage in Forecast and Forecast Response process to manage factory loadings and territory revenueWork closely with Technical Sales and Technology Development teams to resolve customer pain points and identify and secure engagement opportunities throughout the customer roadmaps.Develop clear and logical business proposals in response to RFQs and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholdersParticipate in operations, engineering, and business review meetingsNegotiate formal business agreements at the Executive levelDevelop a high level of customer intimacy with client's sourcing and business unit leadersWork with a cross-organizational team to establish KPIs to measure customer management performance, health and to report to senior managementQualifications:Bachelors degree in related field5+ years of sales or business development experience with deep knowledge in the semiconductor foundry industry.Good understanding of semiconductor process technologies.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. ~10%San Jose/Silicon Valley area-based rolen Preferred Qualifications:A degree in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science is a plusExisting network in fabless semiconductor companies and IDM organizations.Bilingual (e.g., English and Mandarin/Korean) a plus.Compensation:Base salary, bonus, and very competitive health & wellness benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
