    Description

    This role is a blend of:

    • Sales
    • Estimating
    • Account management
    Account Management (sales to existing clients) will account for approximately 80% of time and cold-calling will be 20%.

    The person needs to be able to build and maintain long-term customer relationships while also preparing estimates.

    Must-Haves
    • Sales experience - not afraid of the phone
    • Estimating experience is highly preferred but not required
    • Stable work history / loyalty
    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Quick learner - will need to learn/understand paints and coatings to effectively estimate jobs
    • Ok with dirty environments
