We provide cutting-edge security integration, installation, and service solutions across healthcare, corporate, municipal/government, and military sectors. In addition to large-scale projects, we offer strong recurring monthly revenue (RMR) opportunities and long-term client partnerships.
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Executive to help expand our client base, generate new business opportunities, and deliver customized security solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Build & Grow Business
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, industry partnerships, and lead generation platforms
- Identify new business opportunities within commercial, healthcare, municipal, and government sectors
- Build long-term relationships with clients, property managers, contractors, and industry partners
Consultative Solution Selling
- Understand each client's security needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Present integrated systems including access control, video management platforms, surveillance systems, and related technologies
- Work closely with manufacturer partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Client & Project Coordination
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, project managers, and field technicians
- Support seamless project execution from proposal through installation and ongoing service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and account retention
The selected candidate will also possess:
- 5–7 years of successful B2B sales experience within the security systems or low-voltage industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Professional presence with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to identify and pursue opportunities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Salary Range: $60-75k/year plus commission
