The Opportunity
We're looking for a Sales Floor Associate who is friendly, reliable, and customer-focused. As the face of our stores, you'll ensure every guest has a positive shopping experience while supporting the vital mission of Goodwill.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner (in person and by phone)
Operate the register to process transactions accurately, including discounts
Promote Goodwill's "Change Round Up" program to fuel community impact
Keep the checkout area and front of store clean and organized
Bag and wrap merchandise with care
Assist with merchandise displays, stocking, and returns to the sales floor
Support store promotions, signage, and seasonal campaigns
Contribute to store safety, security, and team goals
Provide support in training new cashiers as needed

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
