Position Summary:As a key member of the Sales organization, you will lead customer planning, forecasting, assortment strategy, promotional execution, and executive relationship management across an assigned portfolio of regional retail accounts. You will work closely with E-commerce, Business Planning, Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment across all channels and deliver sustainable growth.The ideal candidate combines strong account management expertise with strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and exceptional relationship-building skills. may include but are not limited to:Account Strategy and Business GrowthDevelop and execute omni-channel business strategies that drive sales growth across assigned regional retail accountsBuild annual and long-range account plans that support revenue objectives, market share expansion, and profitability goalsIdentify new opportunities to expand TCL's presence across in-store, digital, and marketplace channelsDevelop account-specific growth initiatives supported by data, insights, and customer trendsDrive successful execution of promotional programs, product launches, and seasonal initiativesForecasting, Planning and Financial ManagementLead ongoing sales forecasting and business planning processes across assigned accountsDevelop and maintain rolling 90-day and 120-day sell-in plans in partnership with Business Planning and Supply Chain teamsConduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance against forecasts, sales targets, inventory goals, and operational objectivesManage assigned budgets while identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and operational efficiencyNegotiate annual vendor agreements and manage associated investments, accruals, and expendituresMonitor and mitigate financial risks related to deductions, chargebacks, and customer offsetsRetail and E-Commerce CollaborationPartner closely with TCL's E-commerce Sales team to ensure alignment between retail and online growth strategiesSupport the development and execution of go-to-market plans across third-party marketplaces and digital retail platformsCollaborate across channel teams to create a consistent customer experience and maximize omni-channel performanceAct as the primary liaison for customer-facing online portals and operational systemsCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong executive-level relationships across assigned retail accountsLead customer business reviews, planning meetings, assortment discussions, and strategic growth conversationsDrive shelf-share expansion and assortment opportunities during annual line reviews and merchandising summitsPartner with customers on inventory management, replenishment planning, demand forecasting, and operational executionRepresent TCL as a trusted strategic partner and world-class consumer electronics brandCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Planning, and E-commerce teams to support business objectivesLead and participate in customer forecasting, CPFR meetings, inventory reviews, and joint business planning sessionsProvide actionable market intelligence and customer insights to support product, promotional, and channel strategiesEnsure alignment between internal stakeholders and customer objectives to drive execution excellenceQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience10+ years of progressive sales and account management experience within consumer electronics, retail, or related industriesProven success managing regional and/or national retail accounts with responsibility for revenue growth and customer developmentStrong understanding of omni-channel retail strategies, including both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce environmentsDemonstrated experience developing account plans, forecasting demand, and managing financial performanceExceptional negotiation, relationship management, and executive presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approachSelf-motivated leader with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed organizationExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsAbility to travel approximately 40–50% for customer meetings, trade shows, business reviews, and corporate eventsMust be based in Minneapolis and able to work from the TCL office when not travelingPreferred Qualifications:Experience within the consumer electronics industry, including televisions, audio products, or adjacent categoriesFamiliarity with regional retail accounts and omni-channel sales environmentsExperience collaborating with E-commerce and marketplace sales organizationsBackground working within global organizations and managing cross-functional partnerships across international teamsExperience leading CPFR processes, assortment planning, inventory
