    Job description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Investigate and resolve complex sales-related complaints involving Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans.
    • Research complaint cases, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Manage assigned caseload while meeting strict turnaround times.
    • Contact customers, agents, and internal stakeholders to gather information and communicate resolutions.
    • Prepare written correspondence when verbal communication is unsuccessful.
    • Document investigation findings and case resolutions accurately.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues.
    • Support complaint tracking, reporting, and CRM updates.
    • Present investigation findings and recommendations to leadership and committees.
    • Conduct quality reviews and compliance audits.
    • Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance-related issues.
    • Assist with training new team members.
    • Support departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
    • Participate in weekend on-call support when required.

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 6+ years of Medicare Advantage experience or equivalent work experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in Medicare sales, regulatory compliance, complaint investigations, or related fields.
    • Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
    • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
