Job description
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve complex sales-related complaints involving Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans.
Research complaint cases, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Manage assigned caseload while meeting strict turnaround times.
Contact customers, agents, and internal stakeholders to gather information and communicate resolutions.
Prepare written correspondence when verbal communication is unsuccessful.
Document investigation findings and case resolutions accurately.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues.
Support complaint tracking, reporting, and CRM updates.
Present investigation findings and recommendations to leadership and committees.
Conduct quality reviews and compliance audits.
Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance-related issues.
Assist with training new team members.
Support departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
Participate in weekend on-call support when required.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
6+ years of Medicare Advantage experience or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in Medicare sales, regulatory compliance, complaint investigations, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
